I'll Love You For A Thousand More....

Okay sweet friends! As the big day is only a mere 4 days away, this will be my last pre-wedding post. I cant believe we have been engaged for almost 10 months and now we're AT the week of the wedding! I never thought it would have flown by so quick. I have so enjoyed posting all about the wedding details, plans and progress. Although I didn't quite blog as much as I had hoped, I was overwhelmed with all the hits I've had and sweet sweet messages I have received. It is so encouraging to have such great friends who support me and are genuinely happy for me! Of course there will be TONS of wedding recap posts in the weeks to follow, so stay tuned for that.

Today is my last day of work then I will have only a couple days to knock out some last minute details. Hopefully, the days will go by quick - I am so stinkin' excited I can hardly stand it! So, what's left? Not much!

• Pick up our marriage certificate
• Massage
• Manicure and pedicure
• Get my beautiful ring cleaned
• Pick up my wedding dress from the White Room
• BBQ at my parents house with our family coming in from Florida

Okay, now those things don't sound very hard do they? Ha ha....

I can't wait for the weekends festivities to kick off starting with the Bridesmaid Luncheon Friday. Clay and I truly have been blessed with the most amazing family and friends and we are SO thankful that we have them to share this once in a lifetime, special weekend with us. I just know, no matter the weather, no matter what goes on, it is going to be absolutely perfect! I cannot believe we are getting MARRIED! WOO! Thank you all so much for reading- I ask you think about Clay and I this week, and send prayers our way for safe travels to Costa Rica! See you in a couple weeks =)

It's Practically Here... Holy Smokes!

Umm.. Okay will I be getting married in 15 days? Is this really happening? Someone pinch me! I cannot believe that after 9 months of planning and SO much crazy life happenings in between that our sweet, sweet special day is TWO short weeks away! AND I can't believe that I am totally, 100% cool, calm AND collected!

I SO want to sneak and post pictures of ALL the fun stuff I have had made, but I know I can't! After the honeymoon, I will post specific blogs with different events throughout the wedding weekend and an entire post dedicated to my fabulous Etsy finds. So, of course be sure to check back over the next several weeks for that. Now, I am just enjoying the last few days of being engaged, spending as much quality time with my parents as this will be the last few weeks I live with them and finalizing the details of our special day with all the vendors. God is good and life is so great!

I can't wait for this....

Things accomplished recently:

• Finalized music with the DJ
• Food and alcohol confirmed for the reception
• Programs ordered
• Wedding ceremony AND reception shoes ordered-FINALLY!
• Everything for out of town gift bags purchased and assembled
• All hair and makeup appointments made 
• Mailed wedding party weekend timeline

**My bachelorette party was so, more-than-I-possibly-imagined, absolutely action packed, full of fun, I don't even think I stopped laughing once! I truly have the BEST friends EVER! Thank you so much to my wonderful MOH/Sissy Megan for hosting the party at your house. You and Taylor did such a fabulous job! I will most certainly have a post soon.

Things Left?

• Get our marriage license
• Pack for the honeymoon (Sweeeeet!)
• Final dress fitting
• Drop off ALL wedding-related items to Beth Anne (the wedding planner)
• Final hair color and cut
• Meeting with our fabulous photographer

So my list is slowing getting smaller and smaller. The things left are easy, enjoyable and most importantly exciting! Thank you to all of my sweet friends and family that have made this process so enjoyable. Hopefully I will have one more, final post before the wedding! Hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day sweet friends! I've never been one to sweat over Valentine's Day, but I am so blessed to have such an amazing fiance. God truly knew what he was doing when He sent Clay into my life. I am one lucky, lucky girl!

So today I hope you take a moment to be thankful for your friends and family in your life that love you! Plus- who doesn't love lots of pink and red?! Clay and I will be spending our Valentine's Day at premarital counseling at our church. Let me tell you- I highly recommend it. We are learning so much and really building our relationship Christ centered. Wish us luck- 2 down, 2 to go! (Or 1 to go if we do good tonight!) Hope you all have a wonderful day.

Honeymoon Details

**BEWARE: Picture overload!**

I cannot even express my excitement for Clay and I's honeymoon to Costa Rica! My vacation's have consisted of: Destin, Panama, West Palm, Orlando, etc, FLORIDA. Now don't get me wrong I LOVE my Florida, but Costa Rica? WOOOOO! So I wanted to dedicate a post for everyone to see where we are going and what kinds of things we'll be doing and eating while we're there!

We will be staying in Playa Conchal which is in Costa Rica's Guanacaste Province on the Pacific. The weather averages for March are in the high 80's- how amazing is that? With not much rain.

Can you see now why I am SO excited? We are so blessed to be able to go on such a fabulous trip. After being sick for 6 weeks I just am so thankful to be able to go to Costa Rica to relax, enjoy ourselves as this will be our VERY first real trip alone. Wow! God is so good. I'm ready for wedding time folks! 22 days. Ahhh!

Happy Friday! Wedding Updates!

Happy Friday my sweet friends! I am so glad it's Friday for so many reasons; I'm off work, WOO, AND I'm leaving for Atlanta with 10 of my dearest friends for my bachelorette party, AH! I am so excited! I can't believe that this weekend is here. We've been talking about it for months! Time sure has flown by and I know these girls will be nothing short of a grand time! I am so thankful for my wonderful girlfriends!

I have to say, I am so excited the BIG day is so close! One short month from today I will be a married woman. I can't even believe how wonderful this planning process has been. Its been fun, exciting, and entertaining. I've totally been able to bust out my creativity throughout these last 8 months and have loved every second of it! My family and Clay's family have been SO helpful, supportive and have kept everything so fun! We are truly blessed with such amazing families, I swear! If I could only do this all day, everyday, I would have my dream job! ;-) Now to the fun stuff....

Wedding Updates:

• My bridal shower was so beautiful! I had SUCH a wonderful time and we got some AWESOME stuff!
• Ceremony Music Finalized
• All gifts purchased for all of our special friends
• Favors ordered
• Clay and I's transportation for after the reception to Nashville booked
• Rehearsal and rehearsal dinner times finalized
• Honeymoon details ALL confirmed (yes, this picture is our actual resort pool!)

• My wedding dress was even better than I remembered! Just some alterations being done and she will be ready to rock!

• All "extra" decorations have been purchased; WOO there's a lot of those. Thank you Etsy!

What's Left?

• Finalize songs for reception: first dance, entrance music, garter toss, etc.
• Once RSVP cards all received (due February 6th which is MONDAY- hint hint ;) confirm food and alcohol
• Order Programs
• Still find wedding shoes- AH!
• Continue finalizing ALL the little details. They keep popping up. So fun!
• Plus, one million other things I can't remember at this time

Then enjoy 7 wonderful days in Costa Rica!!!!!!!!
