What You Need:
- 2 tbsp. Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
- 10-15 cherry tomatoes cut in halves (use as liking)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Toss tomatoes with 1 tbsp of seasoning
- Lightly flatten each breast to 1/4 thickness. Place tomatoes and 1 slice of mozzarella on each breast. Roll up and secure with toothpick.
- Place breasts on baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, vinegar and remaining 1 tsp of seasoning.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
